WHERE ARE WE
“Residenza degli Angeli” is very well located. The famous Rialto Bridge is just a few steps from us. The Rialto area, with its daily open food markets, is very picturesque. Venetians go there everyday to buy fish, fruit and vegetables.
In the middle of this bustle typical of this district, you will have fun discovering not only small and beautiful items in Murano glass and Carnival masks, but also many other small shops that sell a bit of everything. You will also find the famous “osterie” (small restaurants of local products), among the best in Venice, from where you can admire the view of the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge, which is one of the four bridges that cross the Gran Canal.
In the evening, you will find all the magic of Venice by night as you walk through this central district. Piazza San Marco is only a twenty-five minute walk from our place.
We are also less than 20 minutes walking from the train station and Piazzale Roma, the entrance to Venice with its private garages and car parks. We take this opportunity to remind our dear guests that cars absolutely cannot enter Venice.

HOW TO ARRIVE
From the airport you can take a water taxi, although this is not the most economical solution. We prefer to advise you to take bus number 5 which leaves directly from Marco Polo airport and takes about twenty minutes to arrive at Piazzale Roma, the entrance to Venice.
From Piazzale Roma or from the train station, you can take vaporetto number 1 and get off at one of the following 3 boat stations:
- San Stae (stop number 4)
- Rialto Mercato (stop number 6)
- San Silvestro (stop number 8)
With pleasure we can pick you up at one of these stops. Our B&B is a 5-minute walk from each of them.
If you arrive by car, you will find various garages and parkings in Piazzale Roma. Then you will have to take vaporetto number 1 and follow the above mentioned indications.
